I'M Back and I am sorry I was gone so long....

I owe you all an explanation.. and an apology so I apologize.

Now the explanation- way back at the first of June actually the last of May, I got sick and its been a month, I am now starting to feel better-YAY

But, I have to be honest, during that month it's not that I did not have anything to say, I did, still do on many subjects. I would even write articles in my head while I was resting. I just could not seem to get them to the PC. I have not cooked much either so no new recipes yet. I missed lots of meetings and I even had to forego my first tour of the new Library which shows just how bad I was to those that know me.  I am now finding my voice and interest in life again so I hope some of you have stayed tune or will come back. I promise I will be picking up the camera again, the cookbook and speaking out on all matters of things.

Starting with: HAPPY 4th of July

It's a special day for me, B-Day- yes that's right I am a Bang baby... Not always a day I look forward to, but it beats the hell out of the alternative. besides you never know how good your bad days are till you are really laid low. 

I started celebrating yesterday, Hubby hung up a hammock for me, out at the Farm and I spent a good hour or so, just chilling listening to the birds, watching the hummingbirds flit from tree to feeder and the part that made me feel ageless, well let's just say clothing optional..

Do you ever have those moments, driving in the car listening to music or doing anything that makes you feel like no particular age at all, I know I don't always feel like my age ( let's just put it above 45 and under 50-shall we) but its good sometimes to just be, not give in to a particular age or mindset.

You gotta live a little now and then.

Now for the weekend, have a great time and be safe out there please.
