Spinach Dip

This one is very easy and goes over great at any party.

 

1  10oz Package Chopped Frozen Spinach

1/2  Cup Chopped Green Onion

1/2  Cup Chopped Parsley

1/2  Teaspoon Pepper

2  Cups Mayonaise or Sour Creme ( I usually use 1 cup of each)

Salt to taste

 

1. Drain the Frozen Spinach

2. Mix all the items together, salt to your taste

3. Chill well and then serve with crackers
