These believe it or not smell like pizza when cooking and they are very versatile, you can serve them hot or cold.
2 Jars Artichoke Hearts 1/4 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley 1 Small Onion 4 Eggs 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Chedder Cheese Salt, Pepper and Oregano and Garlic Salt to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees 1. Drain liquid from 1 jar of the Artichoke Hearts into a pan and set aside. 2. Drain 2nd jar and throw away the juice 3. Chop the Artichoke Hearts into small pieces 4. In the pan with the juice add the Chopped Onion and Saute and add a little Garlic Salt 5. In a small bowl, beat the Eggs 6. Add the Bread Crumbs and Salt, Pepper and Oregano 7. Stir in the Cheese, Parsley, chopped Artichokes and sauted Onion 8. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 dish 9. Bake for 30 minutes 10. Cut into squares and then serve hot or cold
