This has always been an appetizer staple. You just need to know your crowd- some like Cheese Balls- some don’t.

2 8oz. Packages Cream Cheese
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 Small Package Dried Beef
Fresh or Dried Parsley

Put Cream Cheese into bowl and cut up so it will soften. Take Scissors and cut Dried Beef into small pieces. Wash, clean and dice Green Onion. If using Fresh Parsley, wash and dry then put in a plastic cup or bowl and use scissors to cut into small pieces.

Mix the Creme Cheese, Onion and Dried Beef together either with spoon or better yet- your hands. When well mixed, form into 2 balls or 1 large one. Chill and before serving roll in the Parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
