This has always been an appetizer staple. You just need to know your crowd- some like Cheese Balls- some don’t. 2 8oz. Packages Cream Cheese Put Cream Cheese into bowl and cut up so it will soften. Take Scissors and cut Dried Beef into small pieces. Wash, clean and dice Green Onion. If using Fresh Parsley, wash and dry then put in a plastic cup or bowl and use scissors to cut into small pieces.
