Whatever name you use for this,  it makes a great dip to serve with Chips or my Tortillia Rollups.  This is easy to double or triple depending on how many your are serving. 


1 Sm Can Green Chilies
1 Med Can Chopped Black Olives
1 Firm Tomato
1 Bunch Green Onions
1 T. Garlic Salt
1 T. Vinegar
3 T. Vegetable Oil
Large Bag Tostitos


Drain the Chilies and Olives. Pour into mixing bowl- NOT METAL. Clean and dice Tomato and Green Onions. Stir these all together and season with the Garlic Salt and pour the Vegetable Oil and Vinegar over all. Mix this well and chill overnight so flavors can meld.
