This is the ONLY Fudge I make or have made for the last 20 years. Simply the Best. Creamy- Melt in your mouth. Simply Divine. This recipe doubles easily-

3 Cups Sugar
¾ Cup Oleo
? Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Bag Chocolate Chips
1- 7oz Jar Marshmellow Creme
1 t. Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Nuts-Optional

Use Oleo wrapper to grease 9 x 13 glass pan.

In heavy large pan combine Sugar, Oleo and Milk. Bring to a full rolling boil stirring constantly. Continue to boil till soft ball stage (About 5 minutes) but check with either a candy thermometer or by dropping about ½ teaspoon of boiling mixture into a cup of cold water and when its ready it will make a soft ball. Remove from heat and stir in Chips till melted then add teh Marshmellow Creme and Vanilla and Nuts if using. Beat this well- till all creme is disolved. Pour into greased dish. Cool and cut into squares.

For Peanut Butter Fudge just use Peanut Butter Chips - 1 bag

Two big tricks to this Fudge- 1. Only use C & H Sugar, it disolves the best. 2. Beat the crap out of it to mix well. I put a pot holder in bottom of sink and set pan there so I get better leverage.
