This is simply yummy and should be served hot with Vanilla Ice Cream.

1 Cup Bisquick

1 Cup Sugar
½ Cup Cocoa Powder
½ Cup Milk
1 t. Vanilla
1? Cup Hot Tap Water

Mix Bisquick, ½ Cup Sugar and Cocoa in greased 8" square baking dish. Stir in Milk and Vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining ½ Cup Sugar and ? Cup Cocoa. Pour the Hot Water over top and bake for 40 minutes or till top is firm. Dust with Powdered Sugar if you wish. Spoon the sauce from the bottom of the pan over the top and serve with Ice Cream.

Yields: 6 servings

Bisquick is just good to always have on hand. Keep it in a air tight container and in the fridge and it will last longer.
