What could possibly be better than a homemade Hot Fudge severed with Vanilla Ice Cream ? Make sure you have some on hand before you start this.
2 Eggs 4 Teaspoons Cocoa 1 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Margarine or Butter 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1/2 Cup Flour 1/4 Cup Boiling Water 1/2 Cup Pecans (Optional)
Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees and put your water on to boil ( I boil 1/2 cups and that way I measure as I put it in the pan so if some boils away its alright) 1. Melt the Margarine and the Cocoa together. 2. Add in the Sugar and mix well 3. Beat the eggs in one at a time 4. Mix in the Flour and Nuts if you are using them 5. Stir in the Vanilla 6. Add the 1/4 cup boiling water last 7. Pour this into a buttered pie pan 8. Cook 8-10 minutes This will form its own crust all you need to provide is the Ice Cream and Spoon. Comments (0)
