These are SOOO easy and you can also use other flavors of cake mix.


1 Package Lemon Cake Mix - or whatever flavor you wish

2½ Cups Cool Whip
1 Egg
Powdered Sugar


1. Preheat oven to 350°

2. Combine Cake Mix, Egg and Cool Whip by hand

3. Drop by teaspoonful into a bowl of Powdered Sugar and roll to coat 

4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes.


Yields: 3 = 4 dozen


I always recomend you cool your cookies on clean newspaper. Not only gives you a place to cool them but also it absorbs any extra oils.
