This is a soft cookie- can you tell I like soft cookies- if done right that is how most cookies should be. For the best cookie use a Cheap brand of Peanut Butter otherwise Cookie may be dry. ½ lb (1 stick) Butter or Oleo 1. Preheat oven to 350° 3. Beat in the Sugar and Brown Sugar 4. Add the Eggs and Vanilla and mix well 6. Roll into walnut or smaller size balls and place on cookie sheet or silpat on cookie sheet and take a fork and dip it in flour and press tines on cookie, do once each way for a nice cross hatch look. Yields: 3 dozen If you want to be quick you can also use a Potato Masher dipped in Flour to squish the tops. You can also use Chunky Peanut Butter if you wish. Comments (0)
