Chocolate Chip Cookies- Does it get any better, well these do, they have a secret ingredient that makes them Oh So creamy. Yes I have eaten enough of this dough to float a battleship. The raw egg thing has never bothered me or my kids- but eat the dough at your own risk. If you are big enough to make them you are big enough to decide.

I usually eat some dough when I make it, bake 1 cookie sheet full that night, then refrigerate the dough and bake fresh cookies again the next day or so till gone.  Hot Fresh Chocolate Chip Cookies- YUM

Now for the secret ingredient- You will be surprised---

 wait for it

Sour Cream, yep that simple little addition that I do not eat in its normal form, but in baked goods it rocks. Seems to give everything a creamy texture and with Gluten Free items it helps to add a little more moisture that those products generally need.

2 1/4  Cups Flour

1  Teaspoon Baking Soda

3/4  Teaspoon Salt

3/4  Cup Margarine  (1 and 1/2 sticks)

3/4  Cup Brown Sugar

1/2  Cup Sugar

1  Teaspoon Vanilla

1  Egg

1/4  Cup Sour Cream

1  Package Chocolate Chips

1  Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1.  Cream the Margarine well

2.  Beat in the Sugars till light and fluffy- just turn the mixer on and let it go for 3-5 minutes

3. Blend in the Eggs, Sour Cream and the Vanilla

4. Gradually add in the Flour and Baking Soda, beat till smooth

5. Stir in the Chocolate Chips and Nuts if using

Eat dough now or bake

 6. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes
