I love collecting recipes and this is a good one to have, not sure when I will use but you just don’t come across this much. 1 Lemon Peel Drain Cherries, Simmer Citrus peels in water to cover for 15 minutes, drain and cut into fine pieces. Combine ingredients and put into large heavy skillet. Cook and stir over low heat until fruit is glazed and liqued is gone. Spread out on large platter for 2 days. Keep in glass jars in refrigerator till needed. These would be good to use for decoration or anytime a recipe calls for candied fruit. Comments (0)
