These are the mints I love to have at Weddings and other special occasions. Mint molds can be found at all Cake shops or Hobby type stores. Roses and Leaves are never out of style. 1 Stick Butter In mixing bowl beat all ingredients together adding the desired food color. I usually separate part of dough to color. Roll into small balls (size will depend on your mold size) and roll in granulated sugar and press into mold. Flip over and press out onto wax paper. (it helps to coat mold with the granulated sugar every once in a while) Be sure to dry these overnight and then keep refrigerated if not using that day. Yields: 175 Roses These are very easy to make and much cheaper than paying someone else for it. Just make your dough, and you can set in front of TV and roll and press. Comments (0)
