These are the yummiest. Dorothy Bowman makes this and calls it a Sheath Cake. Gluten Free Friendly..... 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour (see my recipe) Can also use 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Flour and 1/2 cup Teff Flour 2 Cups Sugar Frosting: 1. Preheat Oven to 400° 2. Spray Pam in 18 x 11 Jelly Roll Pan 3. Mix Flour, Sugar and Salt in a bowl 4. Bring Oleo, Water, Oil and Cocoa to a boil and add to dry mixture 5. Add the Buttermilk, Eggs, Soda and Vanilla 6. Bake for 20 minutes. Yields: 20 servings . Comments (0)
