2 cups Gluten Free Flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 cups milk ( I use soy with no problem)

2 eggs

4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled

Instructions:

1. Heat Waffle iron

2. Combine the dry ingredients

3, Mix the milk and eggs and stir in the cooled butter

4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry, if needed add a little milk. Batter should be a little thicker than a pancake batter.

5. When your iron is hot pour in about 1/4 cup of batter per side and bake till done.

I find that these take a little longer to cook than regular waffles but that could just be my George Foreman.
