This makes a wonderful coffee cake. I have served it for breakfast or as a light dessert cake after dinner. 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs Glaze: Mix 1 Cup Powdered Sugar and 1 T. Water, 1 t. Vanilla, add water by 1 t. if needed. 1. Preheat oven to 350° 2. Grease and Flour 13 x 9 cake pan 3. Mix Crumbs, Nuts,, Sugar, Cinnamon and Oleo- Reserve. 4. Beat Cake Mix, Water, Oil and Eggs on low speed till moist 5. Pour 2? cups batter in pan 6. Sprinkle with 2 cups of Crumb mixture 7. Pour rest of batter in pan and sprinkle on remaining Crumb mix. This is great served either warm or cold. If you do not have a Cake Mix with pudding, simply take a regular mix and add 1 small box of Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling to the dry mix.
