Mom's Homemade Ice Cream PDF Print E-mail
Taste It - Keep Your Fork

This is totally worth it. Find that old crank ice cream maker or if you are lazy grab the electric one. Either way make this yummy ice cream.


6 Cups Milk
2 pints Half and Half
4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
2 T. Vanilla
½ t. salt


With hand mixer beat Eggs, add Sugar and beat till thick. Stir in rest of ingredients on low. Pour into ice cream freezer and crank till done.

Serve with Chocolate and all the other wonderful toppings.


We used to have this every 4th of July for my Birthday along with my specially frosted chocolate cake- Thanks Mom
