If you are in the mood for something like a great Chocolate Chip Cookie but no time to actually bake the cookies pan by pan, then this is the recipe you want. These are moist, yummy and full of Chocolate Chips. A note on Chocolate Chips, you don't need to use the most expensive ones, but you don't want to use the cheapest ones either.
2 Cups Flour 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Cup melted Butter or Margarine 1 Bag Chocolate Chips 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 2 Eggs (Slightly Beaten) 2 Cups Brown Sugar 1 Cup Nuts (Optional)
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees 1. In your stand mixer or with a handheld, Cream the Butter well. 2. Add the Sugars and really cream it up 3. Beat in the Eggs and Vanilla 4. Mix this all well 5. Turn mixer to low and stir in the Flour, Soda, Salt and Baking Powder 6. Add in the Chocolate Chips and the Nuts if using 7. Spread in a greased 11 x 15 pan 8.
