Pumpkin Pie cake is so yummy...
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix (reserve 1 cup for topping) 1/2 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine 1 Egg 3 Cups Pumpkin 2 Eggs 1 Can Evaporated Milk 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon 3/4 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Softened Butter or Margarine 1/4 Cup Softened Butter or Margarine 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional )
1. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 3. Mix all cake mix except for the reserved 1 cup with 1/2 Cup Melted Butter and the Egg 4. Spread this in the bottom of the pan 5. In a bowl mix the Pumpkin, 2 eggs, the Evaporated Milk, 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon and the 3/4 cup Sugar, pour this over the crust 6. Combine the Reserved Cake Mix, 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1/4 Cup Softened Margarine, 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon and nuts if using, sprinkle this over the filling. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes 8. This is best served cold and topped with Whipped Creme
