1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil 2 Cups Sugar 4 Eggs 3 Cups Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Heaping Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 3 Cups Peeled and Cubed Red Delicious Apples
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. In large bowl stir all ingredients together by hand- No mixer on this one- use those muscles 3. Spoon mixture into 3 loaf pans 4. Bake for 1 hour
