These are wonderful and another very easy appetizer. I usually use 1 Hot and 1 Mild Sausage. I also think Jimmy Dean is the best to use.

2 Lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage
1½ Cups Bisquick
4 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
½ t. Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper

* Can also add ½ Cup finely chopped Onion.

Preheat oven to 375°

Mix all ingredients in large bowl except for the Cayenne Pepper. Use your hands to mix well and then roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet- If you are smart you will use Release Non Stick Reynolds Wrap. I sprinkle LIGHTLY with the Cayenne Pepper now. and bake the balls for about 10 minutes then turn over and cook another 5-10 minutes or till nice and golden brown.

These can be made into balls and frozen uncooked.

For a firmer texture add extra Bisquick and Cheese.

See how flexible this is.

For a party, bake as directed then place in a foil lined crockpot and they will stay wram. You can put pot on low if need to keep them warm a long time.
